When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 5-7 working days unless otherwise stated on the website. If there is an issue with your particular order being shipped out in time you will be contacted by customer care. Please allow up to 28 working days for International Shipping. This is subject to clearance by Customs and Duties in respective destinations and the unforeseeable nature of the postal service.
Do the prints come framed or with mounts?
The 6 x 8 and 11.5 x 17 prints are shipped with a mount and backboard. Larger sizes are rolled and shipped in a secure tube due to their size.

Will I have to pay for customs and duties?
Yes all Customs and Import Duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are payable by the same.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Paypal on the site which also allows you to make a payment via a registered Debit or Credit card.
What is your returns policy?
All sales are final, non-returnable and non-refundable as they are made to order and often numbered. If you have any questions before making a purchase please contact customer care on email@example.com who will be happy to answer any questions that are not listed on this page.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Yes. All items require to be signed upon delivery.
Do you offer framing options? How are the prints packaged?
At the moment we do not offer any framing options but this may change in the near future.
Smaller prints are packed flat whilst larger ones are shipped rolled in a secure container.
Will my prints be signed/editioned?
Yes. All prints are signed by the photographer and editioned when the print is part of a limited release.
How do I know what edition I will receive?
If you would like confirmation of the edition of the print that you would receive please email the details of the print in question to firstname.lastname@example.org
What if my order goes missing in transit?
If for any reason the package goes missing in transit we would be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. But we kindly ask that you report the missing package to the shipping provider first. The information to which would be included in your order.
The order is a gift. Will the price be included in the package?
Pricing or an invoice is not included in any of the shipments as this is sent electronically. If you would like to include a hand-written note as part of a gift please get in touch with us and we would be happy to help.
Do you collaborate with other brands/people?

Do you sell digital copies so I can print them myself?
Images are not licensed for others to print at the moment.

YES. SchoolBoyCouture.com is safe and secure and your details are treated with the utmost confidentiality. We use PayPal as our payment method which is known for its security and encryption worldwide.
