It All Started With A Print..
Named after a little town in central Scotland the paisley print has its roots buried deep in Indian and Iranian culture. Imports from the East India Company in the 17th century made them popular and demand often outstripped supply of the print. So much so that the French were the first ones to give it a shot followed closely by England and Holland in the late 1600's.The print seems to be making an appearance everywhere these days. I've paired this full paisley print suit from asos with a subtle paisley print shirt from Topman, I love how the shirt incorporates the print while maintaining its camo like appearance from afar. Not forgetting these beautiful Oliver Sweeney Abrahams Gaucho Shoes.
