When I was a kid I was obsessed with making speakers. Everyone who knew me as a kid would confirm that. I used to make speakers out of discarded cardboard boxes simply cutting out the holes required and installing the drivers. And though the sound they delivered was far from extraordinary they were the coolest things in the world to me. When I saw these speakers I couldn't help but draw parallel's to my vhildhood but this IS the way you do it. Called TAU speakers they are made from recycled cardboard and paper and are finished in epoxy. The shape of the enclosure itself is designed to provide maximum audio fidelity. Its almost organic in its form and function. The rods that hold the speakers up hide away the cables. You have to admit they do look kind of cool. Remind me of the Nautilus speaker system that BW were popular for.
